Ready for the Graham Earnshaw Experience? Singer, songwriter, and chronicler Graham Earnshaw brings all his “experience” to Glamour Bar. This is him reuniting with guitarist/singer Matthew Harding after their collaboration in 1996 in Shanghai. Glamour Bar also brings along the Cotton Club rhythm section, Jorland and Francesco. It’s Turkey Day! Rocksgiving Charity at Lune sends out four local bands to kick out some jams. All proceeds go to C.W.E.F. to help children in migrant schools. You’ve probably heard of these bands, who often frequent the Yuyintang scene: Boys Climbing Ropes, Duck Fight Goose, Friend or Foe, Rainbow Danger Club. 50RMB cover, but hey, open that wallet wider to celebrate Thanksgiving the right way!

If you want to lose the food baby you made Thursday night stuffing dressing in your face, head down to O’Malleys and dance the night away at their “Winter Twilight” party. M2 in Hong Kong Plaza hosts the return of Armin Van Buuren, the world’s highest ranked DJ in DJ Mag’s Top 100 Poll. All hail the King of Trance. Every time Van Buuren plays in Shanghai, pre-sales sell out, so don’t wait to order yours for 380rmb. Tickets are the door are also 380rmb, but prices are subject to last minute changes, depending on how many people turn up. Last year, those door tickets went up in price and still sold out.
