COOKING WITH JEAN GEORGES Jean-Georges Vongerichten, the French culinary genius behind a huge global restaurant empire is opening up a one-time cooking class in the Jean Georges kitchen. Jean Georges executive chef Lam Ming Kin and he will be showing us regular folk how to make haute cuisine followed by a three-course lunch prepared by Jean-Georges (the man, we mean). All this is at a pretty reasonable price for 398RMB if you have a group or 6 or more. Otherwise, it’s 498RMB for regular bookings.
