The culture of calisthenics is everywhere, and it likely begins at school, where kids are forced to go through morning exercises on a daily basis (occasionally they’re also works of genius and timing).
Which makes sense, but carrying it on into adulthood? You’ve likely seen it happen outside of restaurants, and know that there is absolutely no shame in anyone’s game regarding the performance of silly aerobics routines, whether on the street or at the office.
The Wall Street Journal reports that the government has come out with its latest updated version of the exercises, and that its soundtrack includes plenty of oom-pah-pah (which actually sounds a little Soviet to our ears) for today’s working stiff. Fight for the glory!
