Saltimbanco Cirque du Soleil is still running! @ Mercedes-Benz Arena If you, like us, were hugely disappointed not to make it to Saltimbanco last weekend (especially after hearing gushing reviews from your friends) then cheer up! They’ve extended show dates through October 1, and there are still plenty of tickets available. Grab tickets while they’re hot at Smart Shanghai (unfortunately, as of today all of the cheapest and second-cheapest seats are gone.) Note: No show tonight, Monday September 26.

Shanghai Shenhua FC vs Hangzhou Freetown @ Hongkou Soccer Stadium Get out there and support the boys in blue. Shenhua just managed to make it into the CFA semi-finals, which you can catch later in October (read more about that here.) This week, they’ll be playing Hangzhou Greentown on Wednesday at Hongkou Stadium. Take line 3 or 8 to the station of the same name and don’t pay the touts outside more than 40rmb for a ticket (you can easily buy tickets from the proper ticket window as well.) Ticket never sell out. Ever.
