Mooncake Band @ Mao Livehouse Mooncake Band are an instrumental post-rock band from Moscow comprising of two guitarists, a bassist, a cellist/keyboardist and a drummer playing a combination of rock, ambient, jazz, etc. This mix of rapture and grief is their distinctive feature, kind of like how we get after the second hour of open bar.

Amen Dunes @ Lune Damon McMahon began his recordings late 2006 in New York, then after moving to Beijing he toured US and Europe with the likes of Deakin from Animal Collective, and Eric Copeland from Black Dice. Donkey Jaw, the name of his new work, is mostly acoustic. Support from Duck Fight Goose and Portmanteau.
