Looks like Stephon Marbury will be staying in China a little longer — his home in Los Angeles was just given away in a foreclosure auction.
According to documents obtained by celebrity news site TMZ, the Beijing Ducks point guard owed US$3.1 million on the 7-bedroom house. The house went to a bidder for US$2.275 million. It’s unclear whether the bank will go after Marbury to settle the debt.
Marbury led the Ducks to their first ever CBA championship two weeks ago.
