Fall is that special season where we bid ado to our favorite warm weather eats and welcome fall treats with open bellies. So to ensure you eat foods at the height of their juiciness rather than mealiness or fishiness, we’ve compiled a list of some of our favorite eats that are now in season.
And yes, you still see people inhaling piles of xiaolongxia on shouning lu or wherever, but these little lobsters are about three months past-prime. Time to let them go.
