China’s first ever 3D photo printing station has landed in Xi’an, Shaanxi province. A 3D miniature of a customer can be made in just two simple steps: 15 minutes of scanning the customer’s whole body to a calculator, and two to three hours of printing.
Printing material can be organic or inorganic, such as plastic, rubber and wax. All finished products can be coloured. The station also prints customised mobile phone shells and movable figures, but with this cool technology you can pretty much print anything, whether it’s a house, a bikini or a F1 racer.
