Shanghaiist last covered the work of Chinese artist Liu Bolin – famous for his chameleon art in which he covers himself in paint to blend into different backgrounds – in 2011. Since then Liu, who is from Shandong province, has been exhibiting new work in New York’s Eli Klein art gallery.
