It can happen and it did happen. A Chinese woman went on trial this month for killing a man via scrotum squeeze.
The incident took place nearly a year ago when an argument broke out between the woman and the victim after she parked her electric bike in front of his shop.
“You’re blocking my business,” he yelled at her.
The situation escalated, certain things were said, and in the fury of the fight, the woman grabbed the man’s “business” and squeezed for dear life.
The woman then shouted, “I’ll squeeze it to death, you’ll never have children again,” witnesses report.
That she did. The suspect had her victim in an unrelenting grip until he entered a state of shock from the pain. Paramedics came to the scene to treat the man, but the traumatic shock lead to his death.
The woman may be convicted of murder, depending on the court’s interpretation of her alleged threat to “squeeze it to death”.
As RocketNews24 points out:
it seems this falls under the capital offense of intentionally inflicting injury which states under China’s Criminal Law Article 234.
“if he causes death to the person or, by resorting to especially cruel means, causes severe injury to the person, reducing the person to utter disability, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years, life imprisonment or death.”
Judging by China’s tendency to more or less execute convicted felons on a whim, the latter consequence may not be so far-fetched.
Shockingly, this isn’t the first time a crime like this has been carried out in the heat of an argument. Last year, an American woman was charged with malicious castration after squeezing a man’s testicle out of his scrotum.
Be careful out there, gentleman.
