Ai Weiwei, artist, provocateur, and occasional barber, has unveiled his latest installation in Hong Kong: a map of China made entirely from cans of baby formula.
The piece, entitled ‘Baby Milk’, forms part of the ParaSite exhibit ‘A Journal of the Plague Year. Fear, ghosts, rebels. SARS, Leslie and the Hong Kong story‘. Hong Wrong was at the opening and took these photos of Ai’s piece.
Check out Hong Wrong’s coverage of the event for more photos of fantastic pieces by some of China and Hong Kong’s leading contemporary artists.
