A recent survey conducted by a UK communications company shows that Chinese women are the most worried and least satisfied with their lives as compared to women in the UK, US, Germany and France, gbtimes reports.
The survey shows that 96 percent of the respondents interviewed in China said they were concerned about the safety of the food their families eat and that 95 percent of women are more concerned about the safety of their children than ever before.
We don’t blame them either, with the recent chuanr poisoning and cadmium rice, it must be hard to feel safe doing much of anything.
The study also examined respondents’ satisfaction in their lives and society. According to a white paper on the study, Chinese women view wider society as male-driven though they reported a stronger female influence with regards to the household and shopping as compared to women in the other four countries.
Another fact that stood out was that only 37 percent of the Chinese women interviewed were able to say they were satisfied with their spouses. On the other hand, the men may not be feeling that happy either.
