Look at this woman, she is so old. Look how old she is.
Shule county resident Alimihan Seyiti was born on June 25, 1886, according to her identity papers, placing her birth during the late Qing Dynasty (1644-1911).
Seyiti was honored as China’s oldest supercentenarian in June by the Geriatric Society of China (GSC) following the death of Luo Meizhen in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, who was born in 1885.
Seyiti, like former oldest woman Luo Meizhen, has not been confirmed by Guinness World Records as the oldest person in the world due to the lack of proper documentation in the Qing dynasty. We’ll have to wait for her to die and then count the rings on her bones.
