Florent Boivin: From October 10-12, Le Restaurant-Ecole Institut Paul Bocuse hosts chef Florent Boivin, a veteran chef who’s worked in Michelin-starred restaurants like Maison Troisgros (three stars), and who the French Government named one of the “Best French Craftsmen in Culinary Arts” in 2011.
