A man in Shanghai was hospitalized after being stabbed up to four times by his coworker at their office building on Renmin Road on December 18. The victim was reportedly attacked after being accused of checking his coworker’s computer without permission
According to the victim, his coworker, a 35-year-old Jiangxi man, had started working in the office building several months ago, and the two had previously been on fine terms.
He added that there had been no specific problem between them on the day of December 18, when the assailant suddenly ran toward him with a knife screaming “why are you checking my computer!”
After being stabbed up to four times by the inexplicably riled-up knifeman, the victim had to crawl into another room to escape.
Coworkers also said in reports that there was no previous conflict between the two and the attack came up very abruptly. The victim, who said nothing about touching his coworker’s computer, is currently being hospitalized.
