Katy Perry just had her first-ever performance in China on Saturday at the Beijing National Indoor Stadium in a star-studded event that also featured Li Yuchun and Harlem Yu. Earlier today, she stopped by the Great Wall to celebrate by showing off her stretching skills.
According to reports, the festival was put on by the car company Infiniti to advertise new car models for the Chinese market.
Infitini certainly went all out for Katy Perry, and didn’t care much about the expenses, because Katy’s live spectacle looked simply amazing! Wonder how much she got paid to travel all the way to China and put her “Prism” promotion on hold in the US-Europe?.
The pop star sang (and occasionally hit the notes for) hit songs “Roar”, “Teenage Dream”, “Unconditionally”, “Part of Me”, and “Firework”.
Apparently there were live swans, but we wouldn’t expect any less.
The singer also paid a visit to the Chinese National Orchestra and met Chinese classical pianist Li Yundi.
