Dos Locos grand opening: Former Piro Guy, Charles Zeng has been super busy recently with the grand openings of both Captain Rooster and Tex-Mex hotspot Dos Locos happening within a week of each other. To usher in the latter, he’s hosting an all-night happy hour on March 7 for 25RMB. And if that wasn’t enough, the first 50 guests to arrive get to enjoy a 100RMB open bar from 8-10pm.
