A food wholesaler from Handan, Hebei province on Wednesday reportedly walked into a car dealership on Wednesday carrying nearly 120,000 RMB in one-yuan notes and coins to purchase his new ride, according to AppleDailyEnglish.
The dealer had to call the bank to send in accountants who went through the painstaking task of sorting through and counting the bills. Upside: at least they didn’t have to unfold them from rose-formation.
