Paul Pairet’s sensory tour de force, Ultraviolet, recently snagged the number 58 spot on Diner’s Club International’s countdown of the World’s Best Restaurants of 2014, barely missing the top 50. Mr & Mrs Bund, also by Paul Pairet, followed close behind at no. 76.
This comes off Pairet’s success at Diner’s Club International’s “Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants” awards for 2014, where Ultraviolet and Mr & Mrs Bund placed 8th and 11th respectively.
