Five Modern Cocktail Classics: Each month from June 1 to October 18, The Compass Bar, Sir Elly’s Bar and Terrace and Salon de Ning, will serve a new special cocktail! The list is as follows. For June, it’ll be the ‘Up in the Clouds’ (a gin cocktail), July’s will be the “City of Treasures” (a vodka-based cocktail), August’s will be the “32 on the Bund” (a whiskey-based cocktail), September’s will be the “Paris of the East” (a calvados-based cocktail), and for October, they’ll be mixing up a special champagne-based concoction called the ‘The Great Return.’

South of France wine dinner: On Saturday, May 24, tuck into a hearty five-course wine pairing extravaganza at The MEAT, where they’ll be matching grass-fed beef with vintages from the Fancy Cellar in the South of France.
