Kids indeed do the darndest things. A man said he was stuck in South Korea after his four-year-old son got ahold of his passport and and went to town on the thing with a black pen, adding on some impressive doodles, animals and, of course, the obligatory wiry facial hair for his dad. Cutie.
According to the Metro UK, the boy’s father, a Chinese national, was still stuck in South Korea on Friday after his documentation was rendered ‘unrecognizable’ by his son. Authorities said that the man, whose eyes don’t actually resemble small pools of blackness, wouldn’t be able to take the trip home with his son and the rest of the party.
Dad posted the image to Weibo along with a plea for help, but all that’s really seemed to result in is a collective “awww” from audiences around the world more charmed by the little boy and his precious scribbles than by the man’s situation.
On the plus side:
@TravelMagazine At least it's not North Korea.
