Runnershai launches a new team running challenge:can you keep the legs on for 24 hours?
Add ‘team building’ and ‘endurance building’ to all the benefits of running and having a constantly active life, and you get this: a 24 hour running challenge.
The 24 hour challenge is a team effort to complete the 5 kilometers track as many times as possible from 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m, starting on June 14. Each team can be up to 6 runners, who plan how they will shift between running and rest. The only rule is that only one runner from each team can be on the track at once.
The Fairmont property at Yangcheng Lake is famous for it’s organic farm, fresh air and beautiful lake view. In other words, this will be a scenic run where team members split their time between pool-side rest and keeping pace at the 5K route. The complete 5K track is on the Fairmont property and will not encounter any traffic – only ducks, goats and crayfish crossing your path.
This will be a true combination of leisure and sport. They have included a 5-star room in the team price, which gives you perfect conditions for rest. Likewise they have arranged a good breakfast for you to enjoy on the coach from Shanghai, likewise we have secured a number of good food deals at Fairmont. It will be 24 hours of sports, social life and leisure!
