A 40-year-old man in Taiwan gave his ex-girlfriend, 20 years his junior, a gift she would never forget and always regret on her birthday in the form of nude pictures that he posted on Facebook and called a “‘death’ day present”, Apple Daily reports.
In March 2012, the (if you couldn’t already tell) incredibly mature man nearing middle age played a game of rock-paper-scissors with his 20-year-old girlfriend to get her to take off her clothes for nude pictures. Further down the road, she caught on to the fact that he was a bit “strange-minded” and decided to break up with him, eventually ignoring all of his calls and requests to talk.
Tending to his bruised ego, the man turned to Facebook to reach out to the woman and intimidate her. “To celebrate your birthday, let me give you a ‘death’ day present,” he wrote in one message. He then uploaded a nude picture of the girl, sans pixelation, and set it as his profile picture on Facebook on her birthday.
A court sentenced to the man to 10 months in prison, which could be commuted upon a payment of 300,000 NTD, on charges of intimidation and distributing obscene images.
