Oyster Night: Wednesday night is oyster night at Arcade, which means 100RMB gets you a half-dozen fresh-shucked West Coast oysters straight off the plane. Wash them down with cocktails and Champagne. 680 RMB gets you a full dozen and a bottle of Champagne.
