A woman in Nanjing who was furious after being accused of parking illegally exacted her payback with utmost swagger by throwing a pile of hundred dollar notes all over the police motorcycle and the ground, calling for traffic officers to quickly scamper the scene and pick them up.
On Sunday morning, the woman parked her car illegally on the pavement outside the shopping mall in Nanjing’s Luhe District. When approached by traffic police, the short-tempered woman began verbally insulting and arguing with them until she finally decided to pay her fine by throwing 100 RMB notes all over the ground with such force that the digital recording device on the police motorcycle actually fell to the ground.
Police remained calm amid the woman’s diva freakout, but several passersby who gathered to watch the scene were put off by the woman’s disrespectful behavior and called the cops. The woman was then brought to the police station on offenses of obstructing an officer in discharge of duties.
The woman’s family rushed to the site and apologized to the traffic police, explaining that she had been very impulsive and hoped the traffic cops could forgive and forget. The woman is now being investigated by the police at Luhe district police station.
