On July 15, Fenghuang County, Changsha and other places in Hunan Province were inundated with water after a downpour of biblical proportions.
Fenghuang County’s entire power supply was cut off during the epic rainstorm.
Residents and tourists were evacuated following heavy rainstorms and massive floods.
Torrential downpours pound the city, turning streets into canals and buildings into islands.
Several bridges in the county were flooded and destroyed by the downpour.
Vehicles and pedestrians wade through the inundated street as the water surges upward.
