A tiger, an alpaca and some black bears walk into a zoo…
Thus was the scene at the Yunnan Wild Zoo’s 10th Anniversary this past week, in which a grand animal parade was held featuring camels, black bears, buffalos and various other creatures who generally looked like they didn’t want to be there, Tencent News reports.
It took place at a newly built ecological car park in the zoo surrounded by flowers and decorated animal zones to lift up the mood.
The parade kicked off with a lady riding on top of a camel, followed by the zebra, alpaca and buffalo team. The buffalos, whose bodies were painted with fire and water, were apparently the highlight of the show. The leashed tiger was the finale.
Those who missed the hoopla can see the event again in August. Expect even more types of animals to be miserably paraded through the crowds of cheering people, including pelicans and deer.
