Premier Li Keqiang recently won hearts/publicity when he walked 5 km through mudflows to Longtaushan Town, the epicenter of the Yunnan earthquake, to provide aid to the victims, according to Ming Piao. Hey, be glad he didn’t make one of the rescue workers ferry him across the mud.
Li stressed “lifesaving is at the top priority,” and tried to hammer in the importance of providing victims with the basic needs of food and housing.
Li allegedly took a tumble during the walk.
Li commands tthe rescue team to provide more tents.
