A vice headmaster at a middle school in Wuzhou, Guangxi made a public example of some long-haired degenerates roaming the hallways by taking them out to the playground and chopping off their unruly locks last week.
The headmaster, surnamed Huang, rounded up dozens of boys in the school and took them outside, where he gave them complimentary haircuts, despite their unwillingness, in front of teachers and students, CRI reports.
While the school’s regulations state that male students aren’t allowed to sport long ‘dos, many web users agreed that the headmaster was too extreme in dealing with the issue.
Huang argued that because the school is made up mostly of migrant workers’ children, many students have less parental guidance and are therefore ‘more vulnerable’ to be influenced by negative factors, including all those Asian pop stars, with their elaborately coiffed hair and flagrant disregard towards society/the law in general.
“These students wear long hair, dress and behave like Japanese and Korean celebrities. They must be guided by force”, Huang said.
In a very depressing case from December last year, a 14-year-old student actually killed himself after the school made him cut his hair.
