A female driver was spotted nonchalantly walking her month-old pony from her car while she was driving across a bridge in Haicang last Sunday, and has now been sentenced to five days in jail for that bizarre offence for disrupting public order.
25-year-old Qiu Mo Yun was then arrested and taken away by the police on October 14, Tuesday, for threatening traffic safety, according to People.cn.
Police investigations revealed that Qiu had bought a month-old pony that day, and because she was headed to Xianyueshan temple to worship that day, had driven into the island through Haicang bridge after releasing the pony from the car.
She drove in the emergency lane and allowed the pony to walk alongside the car, before returning the pony into the car with the help of passers-by. She did the same thing on the return journey.
We have no idea what she was doing with a pet pony, but maybe this guy can emphathize with her situation. At least she wasn’t ill-treating that poor animal by having it all holed up inside her car.
