Don’t try this if you have vertigo. A “restaurant in the air” appeared adjacent to a Nanjing property developer’s sales office as part of a promotional campaign yesterday, allowing customers to experience dining and snacking 20 metres above ground.
This restaurant in the air can hold eight diners and two waiters, and has no walls. The floor is made from glass.
A hoist was used to pull the glass cabin of people up to 20 meters above ground, remaining there for 15 minutes or so.
This promotional event was organized by the developer for free.
