There’s just two more days left to the 4th edition of the Shanghai International Beer Fest, and while the weather has been a bit of a downer, we’ve seen people packing to sample 65 beer tents and get their jam on to a full line-up of Shanghai’s best Djs.
Somewhat overlooked is the 65 food vendors, cooking up things from the classic carnival food to things a little more sophisticated. We asked some of the favorite food vendors about what they’re serving up and their favorite part of the festival so far.
