Masks on models, masks on cops, masks on runners, masks for everyone! A bilingual school in Shanghai has distributed these beak-like masks to protect students from the PM 2.5 level smog the city has seen in recent days.
The students also sat through an “anti-smog” presentation. Instead of, you know, learning math or whatever.
Guess we’re just ignoring the fact that humans typically respire using both their nose and their mouth. At least it comes in funky colors?
Maybe someday we can read about anti-pollution legislature and investment in eco-friendly alternatives. But for now—masks on masks on masks.
