There’s no better authority than Marja to learn how to make the fermented vegetable dish from. She’s the host of the internationally-aired culinary show Kimchi Chronicles and the author of companion cookbook Kimchi Chronicles: Korean Cooking for an American Kitchen which helped to introduced Korean food and culture to America.
Friday’s exclusive opportunity begins with a kimchi-making workshop with Marja Vongerichten and chef de cuisine Bina Yu, and ends with a bossam luncheon, where you’ll get to enjoy the popular Korean pork belly dish.
