PLA soldiers once again proved their incredible tolerance in frigid temperatures as they trained at an altitude of 4,500 meters in Tibet. What’s more impressive, they were all half-naked in the snow.
As their bare bodies turned red against the cold wind, the soldiers dunked their faces into basins of snow, crawled on top of the icy ground and even took a snow shower, People’s Daily reports.
The drills aimed at training soldiers to survive in places with the extremely high altitude and low temperature.
At lunchtime, the soldiers took unpacked their food and ate it outside with a snow-sprinkled topping. Oofda.
