A newly constructed building in Shenyang has attracted quite a bit of attention from local residents lately, and this time, not in a good way. Flimsy sheets of plastic covering the whole building have begun peeling off, and the eye-sore of a structure stands as a firm reminder as to why workers should never, ever cover an entire high-rise in “plastic wrap”.
