Keeping close to its German roots, Paulaner Bräuhaus will be celebrating the beginning of May with a special May Festbier, which will be freshly brewed in the restaurants’ own microbreweries according to the German Law of Purity. The May Festbier is a light chestnut colored festival brew with a concentrated aroma, strong alcohol content and 13.2% gravity and is apparently well suited with their white asparagus dish.
