With snow blanketing the forests of Hubei, a photographer braved the elements to bring us these incredible images of China’s rare golden snub-nosed monkeys. Dude should win a Pulitzer for this.
There’s an estimated 8,000 to 15,000 golden snub-nosed monkeys left in the world, but thanks to conservation efforts that’s at least double what it was in the 1980s and obviously makes our world just that much more of an amazing place to live in.
