While the Mega Mao may have been unceremoniously torn down and Chongqing’s giant floating teapot looks a bit shit, at least we have this massive statue of cabbage in Shandong.
Standing at 9 meters tall and 3 meters wide in Liaocheng city, this is certainly the most impressive public monument to one of China’s most important vegetables that we’ve ever seen.
Just look at it!
If that’s not a great use of public funds, well we just don’t know what is.
