Surveillance cameras in Anhui caught footage of a woman crossing the street and suddenly being struck from behind by a van, knocking her to the ground and dragging her underneath the vehicle.
The video continues to roll as passersby notice what has happened and rush to help. A crowd of around a dozen people gathers at the van, lifts it up and pulls out the woman. The whole thing takes only 48 seconds, but still must have seemed like a lifetime for her.
CCTV reports that she suffered only minor injuries in the crash, which took place on Friday.
