After 14 hours of some Porsche blocking the entrance to their neighborhood, Shanghai residents had finally had enough, deciding to take some messy revenge with eggs, instant noodles, ink and paint.
The incident occurred on Tuesday at around 10 a.m. following a dispute between the Porsche owner surnamed Huang and security who wanted him to hand over 70 yuan for seven days worth of parking fees, NetEase reports.
Despite being the owner of a Porsche, Huang furiously protested the small fee, arguing that since he was a resident he shouldn’t be subject to “big fines.” He explained that the Porsche is his second car, not registered with the managing department, and anyway it had just been parked inside for one day, so he should only have to pay 10 yuan.
Huang told reporters that during this dispute, security guards had insulted him. To get some revenge, he decided to park his Porsche out in front, blocking the entrance of the complex.
Apparently, Huang was unconcerned about how his actions would affect his fellow neighbors, who were forced to use the emergency passage until he moved his car. Eventually, residents decided to help speed up that process.
After his ride had been thoroughly trashed, police finally got Huang to move his car out of the way on Wednesday. Hopefully with a valuable lesson learned.
