In this exhibition, the Shanghai based Japanese curator, Kodoma Kanazawa will be sharing an intimate collection called The Drifting Thinker. Kanazawa draws her influence from art scenes around the world, including China, Japan, and London.

Cross Country Race @ Tian Ma Shan Park
Shanghai Running organizes a running event at Tian Ma Shan Park in Songjiang. Races will be over 5 miles and 10 miles with trophies for the first 3 women and men over each distance. Both races will be run on a mixture of minor roads and cross country. The bus departs at Shanghai Center at 8.30am in the morning.

James Turrell @ Long Museum
This exhibit by American artist James Turrell ‘Immersive Lights’ brings together the oeuvre of Turrell’s five-decade career, which includes not only his iconic light projections and space installations, but also a selection of photography and prints. Furthermore, a major new site-specific installation will offer the audience a transformed exceptional experience of the Long Museum. As one of the most influential contemporary artists, Turrell seeks to celebrate the pleasure of sensing and to extend the limitations of human perception.

KAWS: ‘Where the End Starts’ @ YUZ Museum
Internationally known for his limited edition toys, clothing and artwork, KAWS (Brian Donnelly) runs his own exhibit ‘Where the End Starts’ at YUZ Museum until August 13th with paintings, sculptures, toys and drawings.
