Thursday was apparently date night for Chow Yun-fat and his wife Jasmine Tan, the two were spotted at a Hong Kong cinema, lining up to buy tickets for the newly-released Hong Kong-Chinese crime thriller “Cold War 2.”
The star-studded cast to the sequel to a 2012 blockbuster includes Aaron Kwok, Tony Leung and Chow Yun-fat.
Obviously, Chow was recognized by fans and was gracious enough to give them an ample amount of his time, signing autographs and taking pictures.
Before settling down to watch his own movie. No spoilers now, Chow!
Of course, this only further solidifies Chow as everyone’s favorite movie star. Already known for his humble and gracious nature, Chow announced back in 2014 that he would donate his entire $1 billion HKD ($164 million USD) fortune to charity after he dies. He followed that up by replying “I’ll just make less then,” when asked about being banned from the mainland after voicing his support for the pro-democracy protests in Hong Kong.
