Sure everyone loves Ning Zetao for his hot looks and Sun Yang for being called a “drug cheat”, but it seems that China has found a new favorite swimmer.
Yesterday, Chinese swimmer Fu Yuanhui got an incredible time of 58.95 seconds in the women’s 100-meter backstroke semi-finals in Rio. In an incredible interview right afterward, Fu herself could not believe how well she did. Enjoy the gifs below:

Apparently, Fu Yuanhui is well aware of her own appeal. In a post on Weibo she said that she is an elegant young lady and is quite different from all the other flirtatious “bitches” out there.

Later, she joked that she might have got an even better result if she had longer arms. With the medal around her neck, she continued to be adorable and win hearts.
