How did you spend your Chinese Valentine’s Day this year? Well, no matter what you did, it probably wasn’t as picturesque as getting married while hanging under a glass-bottomed bridge.
According to NetEase, this young couple from Hunan held their wedding suspended over a 180-meter-deep valley at Shiniuzhai National Geological Park in Pingjiang county. It’s a day they’ll certainly never forget.
Reports don’t say how many people actually attended their wedding, but since glass-bottomed bridges are so incredibly popular in China, there were probably more than a few wedding crashers to deal with.
While getting married on Chinese Valentine’s Day (Qixi Festival) might be seen as too predictable for some, this couple certainly made their wedding into something you don’t see every day… unless this park starts selling wedding packages.
