You can never really know what life will send your way. Two luxury car owners certainly didn’t know that a puppy would walk out in front of them on a road in Lijiang, causing them to swerve into the guardrails and wreck up 2 million yuan in damages.
According to NetEase, the two vehicles were both Ferraris with Shanghai license plates, so we can probably assume that the owners know each other. Fortunately, their license plates appear to have escaped unscathed, those things can be really expensive.
The silver Ferrari drove straight into one of the guard rails. That’ll leave a mark.
While the white Ferrari is now missing a chunk from its tail end.
Insurance agents quickly arrived at the scene of the accident and estimated that it would cost at least 1 million yuan for each Ferrari to get repaired.
But, wait a minute… what happened to the puppy? Well, unfortunately, the drivers’ expensive effort was in vain, the dog was struck and killed in the crash. Still, netizens have applauded the actions of the two Ferrari drivers.
“Wow! I think they both deserve some donations from dog-lovers to fix those cars!” one commented.
“Well, I feel bad for the dog, but meanwhile I’m also sorry for these two Ferraris,” another wrote.
Aww, don’t feel too bad, guys. We’re pretty sure that the Ferrari owners will be able to afford an extra million yuan. Anyway, maybe those dents will just come right out.
