Tim Burton exhibit
The four-story gallery at the Lafayette Arts and Design Centre is displaying Tim Burton’s Pop Surrealist designs that has captivated visitors at the Museum of Modern Art in New York from 2009-2010. This exhibition shows more than 500 of Burton’s artworks, ranging from statues to impromptu napkin sketches that occurred to him in his day-to-day life.

Beyond The Bund Fest @ CREATION
Get ready to be inspired to act by new ideas! The Great Australian Ball 2016
AustCham Shanghai, in partnership with Australian Shanghai Association, has organised a Bachelor & Spinster (B&S) Ball in Shanghai. You can leave your ute at home but dust off your Akubras and boots and join them among the hay bales for a night of free-flow beer and wine, delicious family-style grub, drinking games, and live entertainment to keep you dancing until the wee hours. The ball is their biggest fundraising event of the year, with proceeds from the night supporting the non-profit Shanghai Roots and Shoots.
Yoga Before Brunch for Chi Fan for Charity @ The Naked Hub
A Sunday morning yoga and brunch session to support Chi Fan for Charity (CFFC) at the Naked Hub from 9am-1230pm this Sunday morning. CFFC is an annual charity gala dinner and party that brings together over 500 guests to 50 different restaurants around town to dine for good causes. This year, the charity beneficiaries are Educating Girls of Rural China and Shanghai Young Bakers. At the event there’ll be two yoga sessions and three instructors with all proceeds going to CFFC. Color Run Shanghai
The Color Run is in Shanghai this year for their 5th anniversary and this time, all runners will experience an all-new Tropicolor zone on course, you will all be bathed in a tropical array of colors and delicious island scents as they pass through the shade of palm trees and tropical music. At the finishing line, there will be a festival and all runners will have fun at the Rainbow Beach – an interactive beach with music, dancing, unique photo opportunities and massive color throws. Each runner will received a limited-edition Tropicolor race shirt, finisher’s medal on a floral printed ribbon, embroidered headband and fun temporary tattoos.
