The ‘‘Dressed Up 2016” Michelin Dining Experience continues at Le Royal Méridien Shanghai mid-November from the 15th to the 20th with one Michelin star Chef Qium Casellas Grassot from Spain, after a very successful debut with Chef Gleb Snegin in August, Chef Rubén Arnanz in September and David Kikillus last month.
Spanish Chef Quim Casellas as chef-owner of the Michelin star Family restaurant Casamar, has an unwavering passion for cooking and an enthusiasm that gives his work a magic touch. With a deep respect for food and fusing creative work with his own personality and local culture, Quim serves fine dining in a very unpretentious and unstuffy Spanish way.
