Recently, Beijing commuters were a bit startled to find a visitor from the late Cretaceous period riding on their subway train.
While some Chinese netizens thought the T-Rex was terrifying, others thought it was cute, and still others wondered how in the world it was allowed through security.
Well apparently, the dinosaur was carrying no prohibited items, so it was waved on through, Sohu News reports.
Prohibited items or not, there’s no way this kind of thing would happen in Chengdu. Last month, the Chengdu Metro said “NO” to commuters in costume.
