All That Glitters and Gin specials @ The Pearl
This Friday, a burlesque and cabaret performance will be happening at The Pearl with Barney Rivera from Shanghai Comedy Club hosting. This event is going to be filled with sequins, rhinestones, and sparkles. Featuring gin specials from The London No.1 Gin all throughout the night for ¥60 per glass.

Christmas Market @ Pudong Shangri-La
Experience a bustling Christmas Market in the heart of Lujiazui every Friday and Saturday from December 2nd to the 24th 5pm-9pm at Pudong Shangri-La. There is no entry fee. There will be Christmas crafts and ornaments, traditional festive treats such as fruit mince pies, gingerbread, Hungarian goulash and mulled wine served in a festive mug. You can even bring them home as a souvenir! With special Santa appearances, this is the perfect opportunity for everyone to gather and enjoy a wonderful evening of shopping, great food, drinks and company.

Piano Concert Duet @ Daning Theatre
This piano duet concert consists of pianists Tristan Lee and Gintaute Gataveckaite. With Gataveckaite as a classical pianist and Lee as an interpreter of contemporary music, the pair come together for a brilliant performance at Dancing Theatre. They will be playing compositions by Tchaikovsky, Schubert, and more.

Christmas Fair: Magical Forest @ Shanghai Centre
It’s starting to feel a lot like Christmas! Enter the magical forest to start off the Christmas festivities at the Shanghai Centre. This event is ongoing now until December the 19th with activities suited for all ages – perfect for you to spend a unique Christmas with your loved ones this December. There will be vendors, live performances, Christmas foods and drinks, lucky draws, presents from Santa, and more. For those needing last minute Christmas shopping, there will be booths with designer clothing, home decoration, jewellery, an interactive photo booth (for the Instagram lovers), a Santa house for kids to meet Santa. There will also be virtual reality games, Zumba workshops, and choir performances by the Swedish Community & Friends of the Vienna Boys Choir.

William Shakespeare’s The Taming of the Shrew @ Lyceum Theatre
One of Shakespeare’s most famous and popular comedies has been adapted and is coming to Lyceum Theatre. The story follows the fortunes of the beastly Petruchio as he attempts to tame the wild beauty of Kate and claim not just her hand in marriage but a slice of her foolish father’s gold.

Soul Crates Finale @ The Shelter
This is The Shelter’s first and last 45s session at the Soul Crates finale special. The music will be provided by Tokyo’s Kuroda Daisuke and DJ Shortkut. The atmosphere will be filled with funk, soul, disco, jazz, and hip hop sounds.

With beautifully decorated stalls offering handicrafts, gifts, festive baked treats, glühwein (mulled wine) and various hot drinks to keep you warm as well as delicious regional specialties from Germany and other countries. Pushfest: Skateboarding Film Festival
